roughly chop the pork and the green peppers. microwave the garlic with the peel on for 1 minute at 500 w. while it's hot, peel and crush it. (try not to burn yourself!) combine miso sauce ingredients in a bowl. add the crushed garlic, and mix. stir-fry the pork, then the green peppers. (sprinkle salt and pepper as required.) when cooked through, pour in the miso sauce from step 3, and continue stir-frying for 1-2 more minutes. serve onto a plate, and you're done.
