preheat the oven to 350 f. mix together your lemon juice and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside. in another small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. lay out your tortillas on a flat baking sheet, and brush both sides of each with butter. sprinkle your sugar mixture onto each side making sure to generously coat. bake in the oven for 15 minutes. allow chips to cool for a few minutes, then slice each into pieces. enjoy!
