mix sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil and gently simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. lay out a long sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. place the ribs on top of the aluminum foil, meat side down. pour half of the reduced bbq sauce on to the ribs. seal the ribs in the aluminum foil pack. lay out a second sheet of aluminum foil and seal the ribs again . set up your grill for indirect heat with an aluminum pan in the center. cook ribs at 300af for 2 hours. remove ribs from aluminum foil and place on grill, meat side up. glaze with a sauce and cook for 20 minutes. glaze and cook 15 to 20 minutes again. repeat glazing and cooking 2 or 3 more times. let rest 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.
