preheat oven to 350 degrees f. take one wrapper at a time and, with a brush, coat the four sides with a little melted butter. in the center, place around 1/2 tablespoon or more of chocolate, as needed. close and seal the sides using fingers; you can either fold it into a triangle or rectangle shape. if your wonton wrappers are circular, you will get half-moon shapes. place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or liner. brush with a thin layer of melted butter. in a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle the wontons with cinnamon sugar. bake for 8-9 minutes and enjoy them hot. recipe adapted from donna hay.
