thats it. pretty easy. its a bacon pizza. i use a kettlepizza, but if you are not using this, heat your oven to the highest temperature with a pizza stone in there for preheating. meanwhile, prepare the pizza. heat a skillet on medium heat, and add the bacon. you are not going to fully cook the bacon, only about halfway, as the rest will cook with the pizza. once partially cooked, remove, and strain any fat on a paper-lined plate. once dough is formed, lightly dust a pizza paddle with the light corn meal so that it will slide off easily. add the shaped pizza dough. top with cheese. yes, i did not use sauce on this one, only cheese and bacon. top with bacon, then cook in your oven until cheese is melted, bacon is slightly crisp, and dough is golden. dig in.
