in a small saucepan mix together reserved cherry juice, all purpose flour and orange liqueur; cook on medium/low heat until mixture begins to thicken approximately 5 - 7 minutes. remove from heat; allow to cool; add cherries and refrigerate. in a medium bowl, combine mascarpone, brown sugar and confectioners sugar; beat with an electric mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy. carefully add cocoa powder and vanilla; continue beating until combined. gently fold in whipped cream. spoon mixture into parfait cups alternating layers with bing cherries and amaretti cookies. refrigerate until ready to serve. makes approximately 4 - 6 servings
