Technical Description

Milk fat globules (3-15 µm) are charged via triboelectric contact with polymer surfaces (e.g., PTFE), then deflected by high-voltage electrodes (15-30 kV) in a laminar flow chamber (Re < 2,000). Separation efficiency >85% for globules >5 µm
