Technical Description

Combines thermoplastic extrusion (120-180°C barrel temps, 10-40 MPa pressure) with controlled polymerization reactions (e.g., free-radical or enzymatic) in a modified twin-screw extruder (L/D ratio 40:1). Residence time 30-90 seconds.
