Technical Description

Cryogenic milling at -196°C prevents protein denaturation and fat oxidation during size reduction. Achieves particle sizes <20µm (D90) with narrow PSD (Span <1.5) through embrittlement effect. Nitrogen consumption: 0.8-1.2kg LN2/kg powder.
